The RSGB have released new band plans for 2026. Recent changes include
- HF: The 5MHz band plan has been updated to emphasise correct operating, in the light of out-of-band FT8 usage and Ofcom
monitoring concerns (as reported in the January RadCom) - VHF: At 50MHz there are several updates to accommodate new repeater inputs which use a wider 1MHz split – easing the
implementation of duplex filters for repeaters - UHF: One new 430/439MHz channel pair has been designated for low power ad-hoc repeaters
